Dr. Janikowski has been in optometry/ophthalmology for more than 35 years, with over 27 years as a practicing optometrist. Receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Loyola University in Chicago, and her doctorate from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago.
While at ICO, she completed internships in primary care, pediatrics, low vision and advanced care, with externships performed at Maryville Academy, the Illinois Center for Rehabilitation and Education, and the VA Chicago Health Care System.
She is a member of both the Illinois Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
